Retail Park Aren’Park, agglomération de Cergy-Pontoise (95)
The Aren’Park retail park will cover 30,000 sqm of stores – leisure activities in Cergy-Pontoise, alongside the A15 motorway. It will be part of the general development of 57 hectares of the ZAC Plaine des Linandes developed by the Cergy-Pontoise urban community eventually comprising: an eco-neighbourhood of 1,500 new homes, the public Aren’Ice facility dedicated to ice sports and events (which in particular will house the headquarters of the French Ice Hockey Federation), stores, leisure activities, services and a small business park. The sports infrastructure is among the highlights of this new urban space and the Salif Keita stadium and Tennis League of Val d’Oise are already in operation. Thanks to the preponderance of its sport-leisure facilities, the area is commonly called the ZAC “Plaine Forme” or great shape area.
An extension of the existing Décathlon store, Aren’Park will house: 1 hypermarket, 14 medium-sized stores, 6 small shops, 1 hotel, 2 restaurants and an 850-space car park. It delivery is scheduled for the end of 2017.
