Pierre-André Périssol is a former student of the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées. He was Chairman of the Board of Directors of the French Development Agency until 2013. In the course of his career, Mr Périssol notably founded Crédit Immobilier de France (1990-1995) and the Arcade group (1977-1995). At the same time, he began a political career as of 1983 and was successively Paris Councillor (1983-1993), Deputy Mayor of the city of Paris (1989-1993), Mayor of Moulins (since 1995), Chairman of the conurbation of Moulins (since its creation in 2001), MP for the Allier (1993-1995 and 2002-2007), and Minister of Housing (1995-1997).
