An IPF graduate engineer, in 1971, Jean-Michel Boukhers joined the S.C.O., Société de Coordination et d’Ordonnancement, working on building construction projects and on linear infrastructure of which he has been Chairman-CEO since 1995.
Since 1986, he also been CEO of the Central Africa SCO in Cameroon and AFI SCO in Chad and is Manager of SCO West Africa in Côte d’Ivoire.
Since 2010, Mr Boukhers has been Deputy-Chairman of SCET INTERNATIONAL, a subsidiary of the SNI of the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations groupe.
He has extensive experience of commercial real estate and many references to his name for retail parks and city-centre shopping areas.
He was ordained a Knight of the Légion d’Honneur in 2006 and the French National Order of Merit in 2010. He was, moreover, awarded the Order of Merit in Gabon in 2002 and the Order of the Lion in Senegal in 1998.
